Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Kewpie  Mayonnaise
  • 2  Tbsp Ground toasted sesame seed ( a Mortar and Pestle will be required)
  • 1 Tbsp White sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Marukan Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kadoya Brand  Sesame Oil or Kadoya Brand Hot Sesame Oil for a Spicy Sesame Dressing.

Grind  all dry ingredients in the mortar. Add the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
